The year 2023 marked the fourth edition of the event with over 6 thousand visitors, representation from all states, and more than 250 cities represented by participants from across the fair.

This also marked Softruck’s fourth participation in the fair, consistently bringing innovation and updates to participants through our booth.

During Fenaprove, we openly discussed the current panorama of the vehicle protection market in Brazil in 2023. Especially targeting the events and legal sectors of vehicle protection associations, Softruck developed a service order module in its software, aiming to simplify the management of installations, allowing the entire process to be digital. Track, organize, and document installation actions.

Have all service orders and tracking terms signed by the technician and the end consumer. This way, your company will have robust, secure, and clear reports to present in technical defenses in court.

• Evaluation of tracker installers’ service

In addition to recording all the operational processes of installer technicians, through the Softruck platform, it is also possible for the end-user (the vehicle owner in which the tracker will be installed) to evaluate the service provided by the installation technician. This allows for even greater control of this process and improves the experience for your end customer.

• Comparing Road Speed vs Vehicle Speed

For events, the association can, from its office, check if the vehicle speed was within the maximum speed allowed by the road and thus deny claims if the incident occurs with the vehicle exceeding the speed limit.
